Whilst our client’s original strategy was to seek a new Tenant to occupy this asset, we quickly worked with the Vendor to understand present market conditions were favourable to selling the Building, rather than compete in the Tenant-friendly environment of Leasing. Through our network, we worked with a number of Sales Agents to conduct inspections on the Premises, and, . Ultimately, we worked with Sam Callanan of C Property, who we are thankful to have worked alongside on this recent deal.
